Part I General Amendments

The Housing (Scotland) Act 1987

79 In section 61(4)(b) of the [1987 c. 26.] Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 after sub-paragraph (vi) there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraphs—

“(vii) section 50 of the Housing Act 1988 (housing association grants); or

(viii) section 51 of that Act (revenue deficit grants); or”.
