In section 84 of the M1Criminal Justice Act 1988 (bankruptcy of defendant etc.), in subsection (2)(b) for the words “or 308” there shall be substituted “ “308 or 308A ” and after the word “replacement” there shall be inserted “ “and certain tenancies ”.
