In section 66 of the M1County Courts Act 1984 (trial by jury: exceptions), in subsection (1) at the end of paragraph (b)(iii) there shall be inserted“or

(iv)

under Part I of the Housing Act 1988”.

In section 77(6) of that Act (appeals: possession proceedings) after paragraph (e) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—

“(ee)

section 7 of the Housing Act 1988, as it applies to the grounds in Part II of Schedule 2 to that Act; or”.
