36E+W+SIn section 22 of the M1Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984 (powers of the court in relation to certain tenancies of dwelling-houses), in paragraph (a) after the word “tenancy” there shall be inserted “ “or assured agricultural occupancy ”.
