The Criminal Law Act 1977 E+W+S

101 E+W+S In section 7(5) of the M1 Criminal Law Act 1977 (authorities who may authorise occupation by protected intending occupier for purposes of offence of adverse occupation of residential premises) after the words “Housing Corporation” there shall be inserted—

“(ba) Housing for Wales”.
