The Finance Act 1981E+W+S
105E+W+SIn section 107(3) of the M1Finance Act 1981 (exemption from stamp duty in case of sale of houses at discount by local authorities etc.) after paragraph (c) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—
“(ca)Housing for Wales.”
