Part II Amendments Consequential on the Establishment of Housing for Wales

The Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980

104 In Schedule 16 to the [1980 c. 65.] Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 (bodies to whom Part X of that Act applies) after paragraph 9 there shall be inserted the following paragraph—

“9a Housing for Wales.”
