The Rent (Agriculture) Act 1976 E+W+S

98 E+W+S In section 5(3) of the M1 Rent (Agriculture) Act 1976 (no statutory tenancy where landlord’s interest belongs to Crown or to local authority etc.) after paragraph (d) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—

“(da) Housing for Wales”.
