16In section 22 (Corporation’s power to petition for winding up), in subsection (1) after the word “applies” there shall be inserted “(a)” and at the end there shall be added “or
(b)on the ground that the association is unable to pay its debts within the meaning of section 518 of the Companies Act 1985.”.
