In Part III of Schedule 1 to the M1House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (disqualifying offices), there shall be inserted at the appropriate place the following entry— “ Any member, in receipt of remuneration, of a housing action trust (within the meaning of Part III of the Housing Act 1988). ”
