177 Impersonation of, or of person employed by, authorised examiner. E+W+S

If a person, with intent to deceive, falsely represents himself to be, or to be employed by, a person authorised [F1 in accordance with regulations made under section 41 of this Act with respect to the checking and sealing of speed limiters or a person authorised] by the Secretary of State for the purposes of section 45 of this Act, he is guilty of an offence.
