F1177 Impersonation of authorised examiner, etc.
A person is guilty of an offence if, with intent to deceive, he falsely represents himself—
(a)
to be, or to be employed by, a person authorised in accordance with regulations made under section 41 of this Act with respect to the checking and sealing of speed limiters, or
(b)
to be a person entitled under section 45 of this Act to carry out examinations of vehicles under that section.
