SCHEDULE 1 E+W+S Offences to which sections 1, 6, 11 and 12(1) apply

1 (1) Where section 1, 6, 11 or 12(1) of this Act is shown in column 3 of this Schedule against a provision of the M1 Road Traffic Act 1988 specified in column 1, the section in question applies to an offence under that provision. E+W+S
