Road Traffic (Consequential Provisions) Act 1988

24 In Schedule 1 to the Criminal Justice Act 1982, at the end of Part II there is inserted—

“The Road Traffic Act 1988 (c. 52)

Section 1 (causing death by reckless driving).”
