This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
A Board shall, when requested to do so by—
(a)a disabled person,
(b)his authorised representative, or
(c)any person who provides care for him in the circumstances mentioned in section 8,
decide whether the needs of the disabled person call for the provision by the Board of any services in accordance with section 2 of the [1978 c. 53.] 1978 Act (provision of welfare services).
