Section 112 of the 1976 Act E+W

37 E+W In section 112(2) of the 1976 Act (protection of certain undertakings), for paragraph (b) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—

“(b) the undertakings of the National Rivers Authority and of any water undertaker or sewerage undertaker;”.]
