18 E+W In section 45(3) of the 1976 Act (definitions for the purposes of revenue raising provisions), in the definition of “relevant expenditure”, for the words from “of the expenses” to the end of the definition there shall be substituted the words “and of the expenses of the Authority’s research and related activities”.]
