In subsection (1) of section 89 of the 1976 Act (interpretation of Part IV), in the definition of “chargeable land”, for the words “the area” there shall be substituted the words “the area of a regional flood defence committee”
.

In subsection (2) of that section, for the words “a water authority area” there shall be substituted the words “the area of a regional flood defence committee”
.
