Schedule 4 to the 1976 Act

In Schedule 4 to the 1976 Act (byelaws made by drainage authorities)—
a
in paragraphs 1 and 11, for the words “a drainage authority” there shall be substituted the words “an internal drainage board”
; and
b
in paragraphs 2 to 6, 8 to 10 and 11(a), for the word “authority”, in each place where it occurs, there shall be substituted the words “internal drainage board”
.
