58E+WIn section 61(2) of the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979 (meaning of “statutory undertakers” for the purposes of that Act), in paragraph (a), for the words “hydraulic power or water” there shall be substituted the words “or hydraulic power”.
