In section 174(3)(a) of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (exceptions to restrictions on disclosure of information), after the words “Consumer Protection Act 1987” there shall be inserted the words “or the Water Act 1989” and after the words “the Civil Aviation Authority,” there shall be inserted the words “the Director General of Water Services,”.
