53E+WIn section 41(1)(a) of the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976 (disclosure of information), after the words “the Civil Aviation Authority,” there shall be inserted the words “the Director General of Water Services,” and after the words “or the Airports Act 1986” there shall be inserted the words “or the Water Act 1989”.
