In section 58 of that Act (drainage and river authorities not to be harbour authorities for purposes of that Act if not possessing exceptional powers), for the words “a water authority” there shall be substituted the words “the National Rivers Authority, a water undertaker”
.

In paragraph 6(2) of Schedule 3 to that Act (procedure for making harbour revision and empowerment orders), in the definition of “statutory undertakers”, for the words “hydraulic power or water” there shall be substituted the words “or hydraulic power”
