5(1)Any agreement made or having effect as if made under section 12 of the 1945 Act (supply of water in bulk) which is in force immediately before the transfer date shall continue in force on and after that date notwithstanding the repeal of that section but subject to the transfer of rights and liabilities under the agreement in accordance with a scheme under Schedule 2 to this Act.E+W
