There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Road Traffic (Driver Licensing and Information Systems) Act 1989, Paragraph 24.
24E+W+SIn section 192(3) of the 1988 Act (interpretation of references to “class” of vehicles), at the end, there shall be inserted the words “ and accordingly as authorising the use of “category” to indicate a class of vehicles, however defined or described ”.
