11In section 29 of that Act (contracted-out rates of benefit) in subsection (2) (circumstances in which a person is treated as entitled to a guaranteed minimum pension) before the word “if” in each of the places where it occurs there shall be inserted respectively “(a)”, “(b)” and “(c)”; and at the end of that subsection there shall be inserted the words or

(d)if its commencement had not been postponed, as mentioned in section 33(3) below.
