23 Equal treatment for men and women.E+W+S

Schedule 5 to this Act shall have effect for the purpose of implementing the directive M1 of the Council of the European Communities, dated 24th July 1986, relating to the principle of equal treatment for men and women in occupational social security schemes, and of making additional, supplemental and consequential provision.
