In section 2(3) of the Representation of the M1 People Act 1985 (overseas electors’ declarations), paragraph (e) (declarant to state that he does not intend to reside permanently outside the United Kingdom) and the preceding “and” are repealed and at the end of paragraph (c) there is inserted “ and ”.]
