SCHEDULE 16 U.K. Minor and Consequential Amendments

The Water Act 1989 (c. 15) E+W+S

[F2 37 S In section 160 of the Water Act 1989 (protection of certain undertakings), in subsection (3), for paragraph (f) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—

“(f) the undertaking of any person authorised by a licence under Part I of the Electricity Act 1989 to generate, transmit or supply electricity;”].
