24In section 10(3)(a) of the Estate Agents Act 1979 (exceptions to restrictions on disclosure of information), after the words “Water Act 1989” there shall be inserted the words “or the Electricity Act 1989” and after the words “the Director General of Water Services,” there shall be inserted the words “the Director General of Electricity Supply”.
