Electricity Act 1989, Paragraph 6 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 01 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
6E+W+SIn section 19(2) of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949 (definition of “electric line”) for the words “the Electric Lighting Act, 1882” there shall be substituted the words “the Electricity Act 1989”.
