16E+W+SIn this Part of this Schedule “the Electricity Acts” means—
(a)the Electricity Acts 1947 to 1961 and the M1Electricity (Scotland) Act 1979; and
(b)such of the provisions of the M2Energy Act 1976 and the M3Energy Act 1983 as are repealed by this Act;
and expressions which are used in Part I of this Act have the same meanings as in that Part.
