9In section 14(1) of the [1970 c. 44.] Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970, for the words “Electricity Consultative Councils, the Electricity Consumers' Council” there shall be substituted the words “consumers' committees appointed under section 2 of the Electricity Act 1989”.
