107 Directions.E+W+S
(1)It shall be the duty of any person to whom a direction is given under this Act to give effect to that direction.
(2)Any power conferred by this Act to give a direction shall, unless the context otherwise requires, include power to vary or revoke the direction.
(3)Any direction given under this Act shall be in writing.

Impact Assessments
Impact Assessments generally accompany all UK Government interventions of a regulatory nature that affect the private sector, civil society organisations and public services. They apply regardless of whether the regulation originates from a domestic or international source and can accompany primary (Acts etc) and secondary legislation (SIs).
