In section 38 of that Act—
a
for “Agency”, wherever it occurs in subsections (1), (2) and (3), there is substituted “Commission”, and
b
in subsection (4) for “Schedule 5” there is substituted “Schedule 1 to the Fair Employment (Northern Ireland) Act 1989”.
