9In section 5(3)(b) of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1987 at the end of sub-paragraph (iii) there shall be inserted the words “or
(iiia)section 13(2), (3) or (4) of the Prevention of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Act 1989 (forfeiture orders),”.
