Part VII Supplementary

26 Expenses and receipts.

There shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament—

(a)

any expenses incurred under this Act by the Secretary of State or the Lord Advocate; and

(b)

any increase attributable to this Act in the sums payable out of such money under any other Act;

and any sums received by the Secretary of State under this Act shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
