29In section 22 of the Crown Agents Act 1979 (accounts and audit), in subsection (2) (duty to prepare consolidated accounts) for “subsidiaries” (three times) substitute “subsidiary undertakings”, and at the end of that subsection add—
“In this subsection “subsidiary undertaking” has the same meaning as in Part VII of the Companies Act 1985.”.
