Publication of Director’s reports E+W+S

5 (1) The [F2 OFT] may, if [F2 it] thinks fit, publish any report made by [F2 it] under paragraph 1 or 3. E+W+S

(2) [F2 It] shall exclude from a published report, so far as practicable, any matter which relates to the affairs of a particular person (other than the supervisory or qualifying body concerned) the publication of which would or might in [F2 its] opinion seriously and prejudicially affect the interests of that person.
