10In section 12(1) of the Coal Industry Act 1973 (interpretation) for the definition of “subsidiary” and “wholly-owned subsidiary” substitute—
““subsidiary” and “wholly-owned subsidiary” have the meanings given by section 736 of the Companies Act 1985;”.
