22In Schedule 7 to the Financial Services Act 1986 (qualifications of designated agency), in paragraph 2(2) (arrangements for discharge of functions: matters to be decided upon by the governing body) for “rules or regulations must be made” substitute “statements of principle, rules, regulations and codes of practice must be issued or made”.
