Part II U.K. Amendments Relating to Friendly Societies

28 (1) Paragraph 4 (requirements for recognition of self-regulating organisation for friendly societies) is amended as follows.

(2) In sub-paragraph (4)—

(a) in paragraph (a) for “22” substitute “22D”, and

(b) omit paragraph (b).

(3) In sub-paragraph (5) for “22” substitute “22D”.
