The Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968 (c. 49) U.K.

20 E+W+S In section 21(3) of that Act (mode of provision of accommodation and maintenance) for the words “section 21 of the Child Care Act 1980" there shall be substituted “ section 23 of the Children Act 1989" ”.
