The Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968 (c. 49) U.K.

22 U.K. In section 75(2) of that Act (parent of child subject to care order etc. moving to Scotland), for the words “Children and Young Persons Act 1969" there shall be substituted “ Children Act 1989" ”.
