23E+W+SIn section 86(3) of that Act (meaning of ordinary residence for purpose of adjustments between authority providing accommodation and authority of area of residence), the words “the Child Care Act 1980 or” shall be omitted and after the words “education authority" there shall be inserted “ or placed with local authority foster parents under the Children Act 1989" ”.
