Children Act 1989, Paragraph 71 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 05 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
71(1)In section 42 (general interpretation of Part I), in subsection (4)(a) for the words “has been boarded out with those parties" there shall be substituted “ is placed with those parties as foster parents" ”.U.K.
(2)In subsection (6) of that section, in paragraph (a) after the word “person" there shall be inserted “ to be allowed contact with or" ”.
