In section 130 of the [1971 c. 42.] Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (displacement of persons from land acquired or appropriated) in subsection (3) after the words “nothing in” there shall be inserted “Part I of the Housing Act 1988 or”.

In section 192 of that Act (scope of planning blight provisions), in subsection (1) after paragraph (h) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—

is land indicated by information published in pursuance of section 92 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 as land which a local authority propose to acquire in exercise of their powers under Part VII of that Act (renewal areas); or
