33In section 38(4)(b) of the [1973 c. 65.] Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 (allowances not to be treated as pecuniary interests) after the word “Act” there shall be inserted the words “or under any scheme made by virtue of section 18 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989.”
