At the end of section 131(4) of the M1Housing Act 1974 (commencement orders, savings) there shall be added the words “ and an order under subsection (3) above may be revoked or varied by a further order under that subsection which may itself contain such savings with respect to the effect of the revocation or variation as appear to the Secretary of State tobe appropriate ”.
