The Local Government (Scotland) Act 1975 E+W+S

43 In section 4 of the M1 Local Government (Scotland) Act 1975 (valuation appeal committees) after subsection (7) there shall be inserted the following subsection—

“(7A) There shall be paid to members of a valuation appeal committee and to members of a local valuation panel such allowances as may be determined by the Secretary of State.”
